UNPAID Product Collaboration
* Creator agrees to create and share product review on all social media platforms (unless otherwise specified), platforms include Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, Facebook Reels, TikTok, LTK, YouTube, Pinterest and my Amazon Storefront.
* Creator holds full creative control and will not obtain approval prior to posting. Products will be grouped together into like categories and filmed as multi-product videos, unless the creator decides otherwise.
* Creator agrees to promote the product in a positive way. If there is something specific you would like me to say, please let me know, but please keep in mind this is NOT a commercial.
* Product video will be posted within 2-4 weeks depending on the product queue. I post 3-5 times a week and turnaround time will be quoted to you upon collaboration.
* All social media posts are permanent, and Ad Codes on Instagram & Spark Codes on TikTok are available at no cost. If you want me to provide these, please let me know.
* Raw video or edited video can be provided to you, for an additional fee of $50.
* Brand will be tagged in videos if present on social media platform(s).
* If a Brand is present on Instagram, Creator will “invite you as a collaborator" when shared. This will automatically share the post to your feed and followers as well as my own.
* Creator will use my own affiliate links at all times. I have required monthly sales goals on Amazon and every sale is crucial to me hitting this. I also will not receive my commission from Amazon without it.
* Creator does not post links in Bio. My personal website remains in my Bio at all times. Link can be posted on my personal website for an additional fee of $100. If purchased, this will remain on my website for 1 month.
Social Media product promotion is successful when videos feel authentic. I do not make commercials. My audience follows me and watches my videos because of my authenticity. I pride myself on high-quality content and fully satisfied customers. I ask that you trust the process as my experience and social media presence led you to me. Remember, I don't get paid unless your product sells.
***Creator holds the right to refuse product promotion on any product that she deems to be poor quality, falsely marketed, or misrepresented in any way.
*** Creator’s agreement supersedes any agreement sent and signed for any collaboration.
