• COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

  • Creator agrees to fulfill the requested collaboration for the Brand.

  • Payment must be made IN FULL BEFORE filming begins.

  • Creator holds full creative control and will NOT obtain approval prior to posting unless specifically discussed prior to agreement.

  • Creator agrees to highlight the product and all of its features. While I am happy to state any specifics you request, please keep in mind that this is NOT a commercial.

  • Product video will be posted by agreed upon date. 

  • All social media posts are permanent, and Ad Codes on Instagram & Spark Codes on TikTok are available at no additional cost.  Codes will be provided to you after posting.

  • Raw video will not be available prior to posting. However, you can request it free of charge after Prime Day.

  • Brand will be tagged in videos if present on social media platform(s).

  • If a Brand is present on Instagram, Creator will “invite you as a collaborator" when shared.  This will automatically share the post to your feed and followers as well as my own. 

  • Creator will use my own affiliate links at all times. I have required monthly sales goals on Amazon and every sale is crucial to hitting that goal.  I also will not receive a commission from Amazon without it.

  • Creator does not post links in Bio. My personal website remains in my Bio at all times.

Social Media product promotion is successful when videos feel authentic. I do not make commercials. My audience follows me and watches my videos because of my authenticity. I pride myself on high quality content and fully satisfied customers. I ask that you trust the process as my experience and social media presence led you to me. Remember, I don't get paid unless your product sells.

***Creator holds the right to refuse product promotion on any product that she deems to be
poor quality, falsely marketed, or misrepresented in any way.

*** Creator’s agreement supersedes any agreement sent and signed for any collaboration.
